   Rear seat space is tight. The raised floor, high seating position, and narrow cabin make it uncomfortable for adult passengers on longer trips. Owners suggest treating it as a two-person car or one for young children only.

   The EQA is built on the GLA petrol platform. This means it has a raised transmission tunnel in the rear, no front trunk, and front-wheel drive on the base model. Dedicated EV platforms from competitors offer flat floors, more cabin space, and rear-wheel drive as standard.
