   At just over 2 metres wide and 5.2 metres long, the 009 is a tight fit in most HK car parks. The front can overhang the parking space by 20 cm, making it vulnerable to bumps. Opening doors next to another parked car is often impossible. Older estates, South District car parks, and narrow mountain roads are particularly challenging. Measure your regular parking spot before committing.

   The dual-motor AWD version is strongly recommended over the front-wheel-drive variant. Owners report a noticeably better driving experience with AWD. Given the vehicle's weight, the extra traction and power delivery make a meaningful difference in daily driving.

   Annual servicing costs HKD 5,000 or more for what is essentially a basic inspection. Even small parts carry premium pricing. A pair of front wipers costs HKD 770.

   At around HKD 750,000, the 009 is a direct alternative to the Toyota Alphard. Owners who have switched from Alphard report better ride quality, interior materials, technology, and safety features on the 009. The main trade-offs are Toyota's stronger brand recognition and more established dealer network in HK.

   KLM (錦龍), the sole Zeekr dealer in HK, has a poor reputation for after-sales service. Owners report expensive parts, slow responses, and unresolved issues dragging on for months. With no alternative dealer available, after-sales support is a significant ownership risk.

   Unlike some competitors, the 009 does not have rear-axle steering. Combined with its 5.2-metre length and 2-metre width, tight U-turns and narrow HK streets require extra care. The D-shaped steering wheel also draws complaints from owners who find it less comfortable for a vehicle of this size.

   The 009 weighs over 2.8 tonnes. Some roads on Hong Kong Island have vehicle weight restrictions that may prevent entry. Check your regular routes before buying.

   The HK version's Cantonese voice recognition is noticeably weaker than the Mandarin system on the mainland model. Functions that can be controlled entirely by voice in mainland China still require physical button input in HK. Basic commands work, but the experience is less seamless.
